Corpus Christi Police are investigating a crash involving an intoxicated driver in the 8100 block of Holly Road.

Officers arrived and the crash investigation revealed that a female was driving her 2015 Ford Taurus sedan east on Holly Road when she failed to stop at an intersection and drove into a parking lot striking a parked 2012 Jeep with two occupants inside. No one in the parked car was injured.

After an investigation, the driver of the Ford, Jessica Marie Razzo (08/19/1976), was found to be intoxicated. She was arrested for driving while intoxicated, a Class B misdemeanor.

Corpus Christi Police responded to a hit and run crash in the 3000 block of Morgan Avenue after a truck struck a light pole and a fence and then left the scene.

Officers knew the hit and run vehicle could not make it far, because it left behind one of its front tires due to the crash.

The Dodge truck was located in the 1300 block of Bright Street with the driver still in it. The front passenger side tire as completely missing.

After an investigation, Officers determined that the driver, Juan Fernandez (02/25/1975), was intoxicated. He was arrested for driving while intoxicated, a Class B misdemeanor.

A 26 year old male victim called Corpus Christi Police after a man he knew forced his way into his home and assaulted him with a rock.

The victim told Officers that he beat up the man a few years ago when he forced his way into his house the last time. Earlier today he saw the same man walking up to his house carrying a large rock.

The victim closed his front door but the man forced his way into the house. Once inside the man threw the rock at him then attacked him in his living room. The victim told Officers he was kicked and punched about 40 times.

The man was able to leave prior to police arrival.

The victim refused any medical treatment.

Officers do know the suspects name, however, they were not able to locate him.
