Corpus Christi Police Robbery/Homicide Detectives would like help from the public to solve a bank robbery that happened at the Member’s First Credit Union on Staples on Saturday, May 14th at 10am.
A 22-year-old woman told Officers that she is employed by the bank as a teller. The 22-year-old woman told Officers that a man went into the bank at about 9:40am on Saturday, passed a note to her, and demanded cash. The 22-year-old woman told Officers she gave cash to the man and the man left. No injuries were reported.
Detectives believe the man arrived at the bank in a new Nissan two door car and was the passenger. Detectives believe there is at least one other person involved in this bank robbery.
The man who went into the bank is described as an adult man who wore a dark color ball cap with some type of emblem on the front, dark sun-glasses, long sleeve light blue button up shirt (all the way to the neck), and dressy khaki pants.
