On July 27, 2026, at 12:45 am Corpus Christi Police Officers were dispatched to the 4100 block of Christie St in reference to a shooting.

When officers arrived, they located a deceased female inside of the residence. A male was taken into custody also at the residence.

Robbery Homicide Detectives were called out to assist.

The male will be transported to the main police station for interviewing.

Bother parties knew each other.
