Suspect Takes Whataburger Money Bag

Location: 2424 Baldwin Boulevard
Offense: Aggravated Robbery
P.C. 29.03      First Degree Felony
Case Number: 1503060030

Officers arrived and contacted the 30 year old store employee who told them that she had just come from a bank across town and she was dropping off a money bag at the store.  When she exited her car, and walked up to the side door of the restaurant, she felt someone tap her on the left side of her shoulder.  She heard a young black male tell her “let me have it.” The suspect then punched her several times on the left side of the face and neck knocking her to the ground.  She let go of the bag and saw the suspect take off running.
