Charlene was last seen in the area of Paul Jones Ave and Holly Rd. Around 8:00 am this morning.

Charlene is 5’4″  tall and weighs approx. 140 pounds, has gray hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a blue shirt and blue shorts, and has braided hair.
