via CCPD Internet Crimes Against Children Unit Makes A Significant Arrest
Corpus Christi Police Detectives have been contacted by three more female victims, ages 14, 15, and 16. There is a strong likelihood that more victims and witnesses exist based on digital evidence and statements from the now known victims.

Offense: Burglary of a Building

Corpus Christi Police Detectives need your help identifying these two suspected burglars. Officers were called to the 5500 block of Holly Rd. in reference to a burglary of a storage unit. Officers arrived and contacted the victim who told officers that her storage unit had been burglarized. She told officers that the lock had been cut and items were taken. Officers also were notified that several other storage units had been burglarized. Officers looked at the video and observed two males entering the property. One of the males was wearing torn jeans, a dark colored hoodie and carrying bolt cutters. The other male was wearing a brown jacket, blue jeans and white tennis shoes. The were driving a 4 door truck, possibly a Ford F-150.

Corpus Christi Police Detectives would like help from the public to locate two missing teenagers, Jonathan Gregori and Seth Gregori.
Jonathan and Seth Gregori were reported as runaways on January 03, 2018. Updated concerns that were discovered during the course of the investigation have led Detectives to seek the public’s help in locating their whereabouts.
Jonathan is described as a 16-year-old male who stands 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighs about 120 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Seth is described as a 14-year-old male who stands 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighs about 115 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Offense: Aggravated Robbery

Jesus Guerra (08/06/1991) was arrested at 2:05 p.m. on 01/03/2018. Guerra was arrested by CCPD Officers in connection with an Aggravated Robbery that occurred on 01/02/2018 on the 200 block of Longview West St. Guerra will be transported to the City Detention Center and booked on the Aggravated Robbery warrant with a $500,000 dollar bond.

The City of Corpus Christi will auction 109cars, trucks, and motorcycles at the Police Vehicle Impound Lot, located at 5485 Greenwood Drive, on Saturday, January 6, 2018. The auction will start at 10:00 a.m.

The general public is encouraged to register and view the vehicles for auction from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Friday, January 5, 2018. The general public can continue to view the vehicles from 8:00 am to 10:00 am on the day of the auction.
The vehicles for auction may be viewed online and an auction list may be downloaded from www.amtauctions.com.
The Corpus Christi Police Department’s Internet Crimes Against Children unit working with officers from the Family Violence unit were able to secure and execute an arrest warrant for Mathew Joseph Lucio, 08/12/1987. He was booked at the Nueces County Jail on 12/27/2017 with a total bond of $500,000. He was booked on the following charges:
PC 43.26 Possession/Distribution of Child Pornography
PC 33.021 Online Solicitation of a Minor
PC 22.021 Aggravated Sexual Assault

Officer Thomas Zirkle is recovering in a local hospital after being struck by a suspected intoxicated driver.

On December 23, 2017 at approximately 10:49 PM officer Zirkle was directing traffic for a crash in the 1100 block of SH 358 West bound when he was struck by a vehicle. Witnesses identified the suspect vehicle. Officers contacted the male suspect driver and could smell a strong odor of an intoxicating beverage coming form the suspect. The suspect also displayed other signs of intoxication and was arrested. Orelvis Lopez (04-30-1993) was arrested for intoxication assault with a vehicle and transported to the City Detention Center.

Officers contacted the victim and advised that he came home and noticed that someone had kicked in his back door and ransacked his house. The victim checked his surveillance system and observed a male wearing dark pants and a grey hoodie taking various item and then leave the residence.
