A 24 year old man called Corpus Christi Police after two vehicles parked in front of his home, located in the 300 Beverly Drive, were struck by gunfire.
The man told Officers that just as he was going to bed he heard five gunshots outside his home. He went out to find his 2009 Pontiac G6 had the back window shattered and a bullet hole in the rear on the driver’s side. There was also a bullet hole in the top of the car, and one of the tires was flat.
Another vehicle that was parked in front of the man’s house that he was watching for a family member was also struck by gunfire. A 1993 Ford Ranger had a tail light cracked by a bullet.
In total the man estimated that there was over $1,500 in damage to both vehicles.
